“This company has no responsibility whatsoever, made an appointment with them for three weeks out to service my boiler and after waiting all that time , they called me the day before left a message cancelling the appointment. When I called to reschedule told me they were booking appointments for two months out . Incredible how irresponsible they can be . Shame on them to have such a poor customer service”

“Great experience from end to end. Our salesman Ken was very thorough, he listened carefully to our concerns and recommended several options. We went with a basic American Standard unit for our replacement. The crew led by Conor showed up on time. They laid down drop clothes, worked efficiently to remove the old handler from our tight attic and then replaced both components. They tested everything out and left us with a cool home once again!”

“Hunter W. was the best technician I’ve had on my ductless A/C unit. He arrived on time, is very friendly, expalained everything he was doing throughout his service call and was extremely knowledgeable in all things related to my system. He had great suggestions on how to use our system to meet the needs of my family and how to keep clean between service calls. It’s hard to find someone who truly knows the product and I highly recommend Hunter W at Climate Partners based on his knowledge, experience and great customer service. I plan on requesting him for future appts.”
