I must comment that the team sent to my home (Joe, Jose and Julio)were prompt, professional and friendly. They had installed my new American Standard HVAC system much sooner than I expected. I They left everything neat and clean. They patiently answered all my questions, and I must say, I was very impressed and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Brian was very professional in his assessment. Only problem I had was that I did not get a reminder in advance for an appointment scheduled a month ago.

I needed my AC replaced and these guys did the job without a trace of them having been there except my home is now comfortable. I got the reminder call the day before along with an expected start time, 7-7:30am they came about 7:15am. Great job was done all around.

I was impressed with the company from when I first met anyone during my Energy Audit.Since those guys were so good I decided to go with them for my new gas furnace then a boiler after that. They don't quit until its right.

I purchased a central air unit this past summer, and it was working great until Labor Day weekend when it seemed to stop working. On Labor Day (9/3), a worker came to my condo, and was unable to fix it, but said he'd have someone come the next day (9/4). On Tuesday, 9/4, someone came to my condo, and determined that the TXV was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. I didn't hear anything back until I called a few weeks ago and mentioned the TXV part that was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. All I was asked was "What's your name and phone number?" I haven't heard back since, and I was wondering what is the progress of the TXV part. Thank you.

Comments: She bought a unit a year ago. Wanting someone to check the furnace. She prefers to leave to a professional so it is ready. Worried about messing with it and gas. She also wants help showing how to change the filter. She is interested in the club program too! TR

Comments: Gary called in saying that his AC Unit was serviced 2 weeks ago by Climate Partners. Now the unit is leaking into his basement all over the furniture. He wants someone to come out 7/22/17 at 9AM and demands a call back on 7/21 or he said he will call his attorney.
