Our comfort consultants are available 24/7 - including after hours & weekend appointments so that customers don't have to miss any work. And our Comfort Consultants always perform a detailed load calculation to make sure the system is properly sized for the heat gain of each room. They perform the load calculation, system layout, and provide an estimate at no charge.

We set up and exact time for a comfort consultant to arrive at customers home so he did not have to miss time from his work. Our comfort consultant provided a free load calculation to determine the size of the system it will require. Also did a free duct design and provided a customer with an estimate right on site on the first visit.

We sent a technician that is on call 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Technician was able to test the unit and find that the true cause of the problem was a faulty control board. Located a replacement control board and were able to get the part and have it installed within 24 hours so customer could get the heat back on.

Measured incoming water pressure and determined it was 30 PSI too high. Helped customer locate a plumber to install a pressue reducing valve.

I recently had a new HVAC system installed. Following the rain, there was some flooding in the backyard and the condenser unit had about a foot of water around the bottom of it. I wasn’t home when the flooding started, but have turned the unit off since. Am I OK to turn it back on, or will it require service? The unit was never fully submerged.

One of our AC units is not working properly - I'm not sure if it's the compressor or the air handler (blower) - and we'd like someone to come troubleshoot and fix the problem. The compressor seems to be working, but no air is moving through the system to the rooms when the thermostat is calling. We've had CP out for service and maintenance visits before. If scheduling permits, we'd like the other two AC units checked for maintenance as well.
