About Milford, CT
Milford, Connecticut is a coastal city and it resides in southwestern New Haven County, Connecticut, United States. It's located between Bridgeport and New Haven. Milford was one of the early settlements in south central Connecticut, and eventually this gave rise to several towns that were created from parts of Milford, such as Woodbridge, Bethany, Orange, and West Haven.
In post World-War II, Milford experienced a large amount of suburbanization, and Milford experienced the Interstate 95 routed through their town. In 1958, the Milford section was fully completed.
When the 1960s and 1970s arrived, construction on the Connecticut Post Mall began, and it was one of the state's largest shopping malls. There was also the development of Milford's stretch of the Boston Post Road, with a notable business called SCELBI Computer Counseling, which was accredited as the world's first personal-computer manufacturer.
Every year, on the third Sunday in August, Milford celebrates its annual Oyster Festival, which is a combination of a town fair with the celebration fo the town's location, in Long Island Sound, rich for its shellfish. It includes kayak and canoe races, musical performances, and classic car shows.

We carry many parts on our truck so that were were able to fix the flushing issues by resetting the float assembly. We were also able to ensure that the bowl was properly reset & secured. Most of all, we were able to exceed the customers expectations - which we always strive to do. In the customers words we "assessed the issue and fixed teh problem in a very timely manner". We have been running a pre-season special on A/C maintenance for only $99.00. Customer took advantage of this special and we performed an A/C maintenance. Checked condition of outdoor coil; checked contactor; checked capacitors; checked blower motor; checked blower wheel; inspected & tightened all electrical connections; confirmed thermostat cycled unit on & off; changed air filter.
Advised the customer that the system is over 30 years old and in need of several repairs to ensure that it would operate through an entire hot summer without any breakdowns. The American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) has determined that the average life span of a central A/C system is 15 years and, therefore, we recommend customers follow the Rule of 5000 when deciding to repair or replace a system. To use the Rule of 5000 take the age of the system times the cost of recommended repairs - if the outcome is greater than $5,000 then the system should be replaced to avoid spending too much money on repairing a system that is too close to then end of its useful life.
Customer was very happy that we were able to explain the expected life span of their system and scheduled a comfort consultant for a FREE estimate to replace their HVAC system.

The other day I noticed that the hose coming out of the house was dripping / flowing water. Not a lot of water but didn’t seem like condensation either as it was hot and the AC was running the day. Is that normal o do we need a service call ?
