Why did the customer contact us?

Customer has Service Agreement on York natural gas furnace. They didn't contact us because we automatically call each Service Agreement customer and schedule preventative maintenance.

What challenges did we face?

Customer had a couple of Dr's appointments that she needed us to work around.

Solutions provided:

We set her up in a window that was convenient for her and called her 1/2 hour before arrival so she didn't have to wait home for our technician. Upon arrival our technician completed the heating maintenance; checked & tightened all electrical connections; repalced air filter; checked incoming gas pressure to ensure it was 3.5" W.C. as required; tested limit switch; tested pressure switches; and flushed condensate trap on 90% gas furnace.
