Customer had an A) Smith hot water heater that had a leaking relief valve.
Customer had another company replace this valve around a year ago. Upon inspection determined that incoming water pressure was 110 PSI, which is 30 PSI higher than AO Smith allows
Measured incoming water pressure and determined it was 30 PSI too high. Helped customer locate a plumber to install a pressue reducing valve.
I called in the evening about an under-performing central AC unit and Casey's was super responsive and helpful! John, my tech, came out and had the issue diagnosed and resolved within an hour!
