Customer was not able to meet us during the day because he has to work. He also is only in the planning stages and would like proper load calculations done.

And our Comfort Consultants always perform a detailed load calculation to make sure the system is properly sized for the heat gain of each room. They perform the load calculation, system layout, and provide an estimate at no charge.
I called in the evening about an under-performing central AC unit and Casey's was super responsive and helpful! John, my tech, came out and had the issue diagnosed and resolved within an hour!
