Customer humidity levels were low.
What challenges did we face?
Humidity levels were only between 10 and 20% RH because of colder temperatures. Very limited space to install humidifier.
Solutions provided:
We were able to help customer measure exact humidity from existing humidifier - which was 30%. Advised that her bypass humidifier was not really the best option to humidify the space. Reviewed steam humidifier options that allow for remote mounting in a tight space.
I called in the evening about an under-performing central AC unit and Casey's was super responsive and helpful! John, my tech, came out and had the issue diagnosed and resolved within an hour!
