Why did the customer contact us?

Customer needed service for his Amana gas furnace.  Unit had an inducer motor that has been acting up for almost a year. 

What challenges did we face?

Customer needed emergency service on a Sunday.

Solutions provided:

We sent a technician that is on call 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Technician was able to test the unit and find that the true cause of the problem was a faulty control board.  Located a replacement control board and were able to get the part and have it installed within 24 hours so customer could get the heat back on.
