Water leaking from condensate pump.
What challenges did we face?
Needed high temperature pump because it is used to drain steam humidifier.
Solutions provided:
Technician removed broken condensate pump and replaced with a new High Temperature Condensate Pump. Ran steam humidifer through a complete cycle and confirmed new pump was working properly.
I called in the evening about an under-performing central AC unit and Casey's was super responsive and helpful! John, my tech, came out and had the issue diagnosed and resolved within an hour!
