Customer did not contact us. His Pretige gas boiler is enrolled in our Service Club yearly maintenance plan so we called him automatically to schedule his yearly tune up

Solutions provided:

Performed heating maintenance on the wall hung gas boiler. Pulled and cleaned spark ignitor, pulled and cleaned flame sensor, checked & calibrated incoming gas pressure, tested operation of gas boiler and confirmed all is operating correctly.
