They were punctual (the company also sent me text notifications exactly when one of their employees was on the way), knowledgeable and professional. Climate Partners came through for us. Tom Casey and his Incredibly professional team that no only got us off of fossil fuels, but installed a state-of-the-art system that I'm truly convinced no one else could have replicated. I haven't used them for maintenance yet, but I'd have no reservations recommending them to a friend for any home heating, cooling or energy job big or small.

Started at thermostat and made sure that it sent the signal to turn on heat.  Observed the sequence of operations and found that unit did light, but then immediately shut down.  Checked signal from flame sensor and determined that the flame sensor was the issue.  Were able to clean the flame sensor and get furnace to stay lit. Advised customer that if you have to clean flame sensor more than once a year - it needs to be replaced.  Also advised that flame sensors typically last between 2-5 years and advised replacement.  Customer needed to wait to perform recommended repairs until he could save money.  Were able to schedule repairs for a future date and satisfy customer who said "I've never dealt with a company so professional".

We were able to diagnose that the expansion tank had failed which was causing the relief valve to blow from time to time.  The relief valve is a very important safety device to ensure that the boiler doesn't build up too much pressure and become a danger that could blow up.  When the relief valve blows, the most important thing to do is find th cause.  After finding the problem to be the expansion tank we were able to locate a new tank and get it installed.  Coordinated entry with the tenant, then drove to owners office and collected payment.

Started at thermostat and confirmed that the system cycled on.  Changed dirty air filter.  Inspected & tightened all electrical connections.  Checked blower capacitor to ensure it was within 6% of the capacity rating.  Inspected blower wheel for excess debris, etc.  Cleaned flame sensor.  Furnace is 26 years old.  Flame sensor has not been replaced in the past 5 years.  The life expectancy of a flame sensor is between 2-5 years, so we advised customer that she should replace flame sensor and spark ignitor.  According to ASHRAE, the median life span of a gas furnace is approximately 15 years.  Given the age of the furnace and the evidence of corrosion on the heat exchanger, we recommended considering replacement in lieu of repairs.  Set customer up for a Free Estimate to have the furnace replaced.

Technician tested system and found that there was a bad valve. Customer had to leave town for Christmas, so our technician manually opened the valve and scheduled to return and replace the valve after homeowner returns.

We sent and emergency service technician who was onsite by 10:46pm (1 hour and 15 minutes from when call came in). Technician was able to diagnose that the control on the Weil McLain boiler was not operating properly so the circulator was not turning on. Our technician located the correct parts, replaced the parts, and fixed customers boiler.

She is wanting to do the electrical panel part of this special and would like to talk to someone to see how this would work and what she would need to have done.
